Creation is an interesting concept. Having the ability to create something seams God-like. However, we do it every day of our lives. We wake up to a new day that we have never experienced before and create a day. We create breakfast, we choose what we read in the morning and we decide if we go to work or not. We decide what type of attitude we will have with others. You are participating in the creative power much more often than you may think.
I challenge you to make it an intentional creation! Don’t just stand by. Do and do it with conviction. Imagination is a muscle that we can work to become stronger. Take time each day to imagine things you thought where unimaginable. Imagine as little children do. They can create the most powerful, exciting experiences without even leaving their room. Take time each day to imagine your life as you would like it. Don’t think about the details, just the end result. Let the power of creation take care of the details.
I also want you to combine the power of creation with the power of thankfulness and use them together. Thank the creator for your imagination; thank him for what you have, imagining as though it had already happened. It has to be with conviction and feeling. The power of creation works only when you put it to use with power, feeling, and conviction.
You can’t imagine yourself on a yacht sailing through the Caribbean when you are riding mass transit sitting next to Mr. Smelly. It will never work. The power and experience you are currently in is too powerful. Do it when you have a moment to yourself and get the experience strong and clear. Then when you are next to Mr. Smelly it will take less work to accomplish the power of creation.
I feel this is one of the most important aspects of our life. It is our own charge to make our lives what we want them to be. We will have no one else to blame but ourselves when its our time to go, and we have not created the life we wanted. Start living the life you want, create it one thought at a time.
You are living the life you create.
